If payment conditions do not allow content to be filled in or within 48 hours from the payment time you do not receive a confirmation email, please send an email to [email protected] to notify us about payment status. Contents include: bank to transfer, name of money remitter, account number of remitter, transferred amount, payment invoice number, transaction journal number (if any).

Customers are completely responsible for the case of service interruptions or loss of domain names due to the incomplete anh incorrect transfers or no information in content transfer without notifying to us.
If you make the payment in Vietnam, you will have to pay an additional 10% VAT. If you pay abroad, you will be exempt from VAT. Our system is based on the address information you provide to distinguish taxable or non-taxable invoices. Therefore, please fill in the correct information to avoid creating the wrong invoice.
Customers are responsible for transaction fees with the bank or fees incurred by a third party (if any).
